Cancelling an order
- You can ask to cancel any time before the courier picks up your parcel: open the order in My Account and choose "Cancel order". There is no cancellation fee.
- Our team confirms the cancellation, usually the same business day, and cancels the courier booking.
- Once the courier has picked up the parcel, the order can no longer be cancelled. If it then arrives damaged, defective or wrong, you can request a return under our Returns & Refund Policy.
- Cancelled prepaid orders are refunded in full, delivery charge included, to the original payment method. Banks usually take 5–7 business days to show it.
Cancellation by us
SR Machineries And Spares may cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud or unserviceable addresses. Full refund is issued in such cases.
