Products and pricing
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
- Prices and availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel orders with pricing errors and refund in full.
- Product images are for representation; actual products may vary slightly.
Orders and payment
- An order is confirmed only after the online payment succeeds. All orders on this website are prepaid.
- We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking and wallets through Razorpay. Cash on Delivery is not offered.
- GST invoices are issued for every order. Provide your GSTIN at checkout for B2B invoices.
Warranty
Power tools carry the manufacturer's warranty as stated on the product page. Spare parts are covered against manufacturing defects only. Warranty claims must be made through authorised service centres or via our support team.
Limitation of liability
SR Machineries And Spares shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of products purchased. Our maximum liability is limited to the order value.
Jurisdiction
Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in City, Kerala, India.
